Q. Do you make raver falls?
A. well you could use mine as raver falls, but no I don't not make that type. Mine are made of all fake hair dreads. no other fillers. Please use my links page to find some other sellers that make that type.

A. Synthetic jumbo braid hair
Q. I dont like what I ordered can Ireturn it?
A. If I sent you the wrong pair, or it's obviously nothing what you ordered [ex. you ordered pink and white dreads and got black and orange or red and white] Then yes, I will take it back. BUT it must be unused, because after you use it, I can not sell it or give it to anyone else. Plus return shipping is to be paid by you. If you just don't like the colors YOU picked out thats not my problem, I didn't choose them YOU did. If the color isn't excatly what you pictured it to be [computer screen differnt shade then mine] please understand that I try my best to make all my customers happy and that the more info you give me the better your dreads are going to turn out. Just don't tell me " I want brown" and get pissed because you got the wrong shade of brown. I am not psyhic I don't know what excat color you want, unless you tell me. So, I will only take returns If it was nothing like you ordered and I messed up! After I drop the boxes off at the post office it is not my responsiblity anymore, so if you want to insure a safe delivery please consider insurance, which is an option I suggest. If the package arrives damaged I am sorry it is not my fault.
Q. How do I wear the falls?
A. Put your hair in a bun and then use the hair tie to wrap it around your bun.
Q. When I buy a set of Dreads from you from Ebay or the For Sale page Are they used?
A. No, Yes I may be modeling them. But the ones that you get are unused and 100% new. When ever I made a new set of dreads I keep one pair for my self and use that for modeling. For all my ebay auctions I use old photos and make new ones after the the auction is over. for my for sale page. I use old pictures and eaither have sets made already or I made them after the payment is complete. Don't worry I did not use your dreads before I sold them to you.
Q. Can you match a color for me?
A. I get asked this alot. If you have a dress or shirt or something and you want to match your hair color to that please send me a GOOD photo of it and I will do the best that I can with that. Although I have access to like every color companies make, they do not make every shade of pink in the world. Also, computer colors vary from monitor to monitor. As for hair color, please reference the color chart for the best color match of your hair. it makes it easier for both of us... trust me.
Q. I live real close to you can I just pick up my dreads?
A. No, Sorry I dont have time to wait around my house to to meet you somewhere to drop off dreads. However, I will deliver dreads to certian places, depending on if its out of my way or not. drop off fees are only 1 dollar instead of the shipping. If you Happen to be at the same place as me I can give it to you there free of charge. But I will not take CODs. for example Rapture customers can pick them up at the club.
Q. I ordered [insert color] and it doesnt look the same as the color on the web.
A. Depending on youe computer the colors on color charts and on my site may and probably differ. I know for a fact that the colors on the chart look dramaticly differnt on my personal computer and the family computer. I will try my best to describe the colors and work with you to make sure you get the color you want. also, like many other stores the color of the actual hair products I use differ from the color chart they provide me. I have often had to get a differnt shad then the customer ordered just to match it best i can. the more specific you are with the color you want the more likely you will get the color you want. Unless you send your real hair to me there is on way to 100% match colors.
